Keynote Speaker: Eduard Neufeld
Dr Eduard Neufeld studied physics in Cologne, Cardiff (UK), and Jülich. After graduating, he prepared his doctoral theses at the Central Institute for the Physical Foundations of Semiconductor Electronics at the Technical University of Munich. Dr Neufeld started his professional career at BetaReseach GmbH where he headed the department for security development. He joined the Boston Consulting Group GmbH in 2002 as a strategy and management consultant for technology companies. Since April 2006, Dr Neufeld is the managing director of Fogra Research Institute for Media Technologies. Besides his duties at Fogra he holds several honorary positions within the industrial collective research. He has been Vice President of the AiF (German Federation of Industrial Research Associations) until 2017 and is currently the spokesperson for AiF research organizations in Southern Germany. In that capacity, he participates on a regular basis in the Board meetings of AiF.
