Keynote Speaker: Yanan Liu

Yanan Liu, PhD, vice director of the Environmental Materials Research and Development Division of China Academy of Printing Technology. As the main person in charge, she declared the Special Project“3D Printed Product Surface Color Inkjet System and Application” of Beijing Science and Technology Plan “Capital of Design” Construction, and received support and funding. She was responsible for the technical optimization and marketing of “Nano-composite Based Aqueous Ink Binder Synthesis and High Quality Aqueous Ink Preparation and Industrialization” project, supported by the Special Fund for the Development of the Central Financial and Cultural Industry.She was responsible for the sub-project “Research on VOCs Emission Characteristics and Emission Reduction Supervision Technology System in Packaging and Printing Industry” by the Prime Minister’s Fund “Atmospheric Heavy Pollution Causes and Governance Project” organized by the National Air Pollution Prevention and Control Association Center. She provided assessment methods and references for the Ministry of Environmental Protection in the process of formulating relevant policies.
